Vintage Hill's Child’s Telephone

Vintage child’s metal, toy telephone, possibly manufactured by the N.N. Hill Brass Company in East Hampton, Connecticut.  This toy item may have been manufactured in the 1940s.  The base of the phone measures 4 inches by 6 1/8 inches.  
 
This specific phone is missing the double bells, which were present in the new Hill model toys.  There is a considerable amount of scratching on the handset and the numbers on the dial have worn off.
